Your Privacy Matters
We value your privacy and provide a straightforward way to delete your account and all associated data. You can do this directly from the app or by contacting our support team.
Method 01 — Recommended
In-App Deletion
To delete your account directly from the app, follow these steps:

Open the Settings screen from the main dashboard.

Scroll down to the Danger Zone section at the bottom.

Tap on Delete Account.

Read the warning carefully. This action cannot be undone and will permanently delete all your shop data, inventory, and sales records from our cloud servers.

Tap DELETE MY ACCOUNT to confirm.
Important — Re-authentication Required
For security reasons, if you haven't logged in recently, the app may ask you to sign out and sign back in before you can delete your account.
Method 02 — Via Support
Deletion via Support
If you are unable to access the app or prefer to have our team handle the deletion:

Send an email to our support address below.

Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request

Include your registered email address or phone number.

Our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.

After Deletion
Data Retention
Upon confirming account deletion, here is what happens to your data:
- Your user profile and authentication credentials are removed from Firebase Auth.
- Your shop configuration, inventory, and transaction history are permanently deleted from our Firestore database.
- Any data exported locally (CSV backups or PDF reports) will remain on your device and must be deleted manually.
This action is irreversible
Once your account is deleted, there is no way to recover your data. Please ensure you have exported anything you need before proceeding.
